UN RACCONTO NATO IN MESSICO

Un libro nato da un'immagine avuto durante l'estate dell'anno scorso in Messico.

In quel periodo sono molto frequenti precipitazioni tropicali.

Sono piogge che non durano molto ma sono di forte entita accompagnate a volte da forti venti.    Ero nel mio soggiorno,era andata via la luce, li' e' molto frequente che accada, avevo acceso diverse candele per illuminare la stanza ...osservavo dalla grande vetrata le palme muoversi con forza , la pioggia torrenziale scendeva veloce.

Osservando il mare agitato ...un'immagine riempi' la mia mente, una barca che navigava con velocita' .. ho preso un foglio ed ho incominciato a scrivere..la penna scorreva veloce e le parole uscivano rapide e senza accorgermi avevo scritto diverse pagine.

I personaggi del libro sono persone che ho conosciuto durante tutti i miei viaggi, ho preso spunto da loro, cambiando i loro nomi e romanzando un po'

Cosi' nascono i miei racconti da immagini e dai racconti delle persone che incontro, tutta questa alchimia poi diventa ..un romanzo.

A STORY BORN IN MEXICO

A book born from an image I had last summer in Mexico. At that time of year, tropical rainfall is very frequent. These rains do not last long but are very heavy, sometimes accompanied by strong winds. I was in my living room, the power had gone out, which happens very often there, and I had lit several candles to light the room...I watched the palm trees swaying violently through the large window, the torrential rain falling fast. Looking at the rough sea... an image filled my mind, a boat sailing at speed... I took a sheet of paper and started writing... the pen flowed quickly and the words came out fast, and without realizing it, I had written several pages. The characters in the book are people I have met during my travels. I took inspiration from them, changing their names and romanticizing a little. This is how my stories are born, from images and stories of people I meet, and all this alchemy then becomes... a novel.
